At PLSA, we partner with our clients in the complete cycle of the development of their project, from preliminary
project planning and entitlement through precise civil engineering design and construction administration. As
innovative design specialists, the professionals at PLSA are an integral part of the development team. We provide
solutions to the unique challenges specific to the Southern California region.
We’re looking for an experienced CivilEngineer with 4+ years of land development design experience to join our
Cardiff team. If you’re passionate about designing and developing thriving communities and want to work with

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Project Engineer, you will:
- Design land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, and utilities.
- Prepare detailed plans, calculations, and reports using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to deliver high-quality results.
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- BS Degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental) from a four-year college or university.
- Multiple years of experience with CAD software (Carlson/Civil 3D/AutoCAD preferred).
- Possess 4+ years of relevant work experience in land development.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.

SALARY RANGE
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 base salary, DOE.
