Security / Pro Audio Video Manufacture looking for motivated QA/RMA Person in the Orange County California Area. We are looking for someone with a minim of 3 Years QA/RMA but also willing to train for a long term position.
The ideal candidate has these qualities:

-- Skilled and resourceful in finding solutions fast
-- Multitasking, able to handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
Required Skills and Knowledge:
-- Analyze, diagnose and repair RMA reported issues
-- QC each RMA based on company standards
-- Proficient with tool-kits
-- Basic e-mail writing skills
-- Basic knowledge and understanding of Office program
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-- Maintain knowledge of all products
-- Process all credit returns including evaluation returns & stock rotations
-- Ability to lift 30 lbs., etc.
Work Location:
-- Located in Anaheim, CA
Full time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri
