Job Summary
As a Case Consultant, you will play a crucial role in closing cases by evaluating prospective clients, determining a proper fit, and converting leads into clients. Strong customer service skills and accountability to sales metrics are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients via phone, video call, text, and email.
- Convert leads from prospects to actual clients.
- Process payments via various methods (cash, credit card, Zelle, Chase deposits, ACH).
- Qualify clients for services and explain retainers, payment plans, and document protocols.
- Follow recommendations from the legal department on communication and note-taking.
- Complete detailed intake forms and document all interactions.
- Provide feedback and support to Case Analysts.
- Report positive or negative feedback on interactions within the sales team.
- Work in a metrics-based performance environment and comply with all departmental protocols and procedures.
Performance Metrics & Compensation
Your performance will be evaluated based on assigned metrics, including monthly quotas, consultations set, calls per day, close rate, and attachment rate. Compensation is tier-based, with opportunities for salary increases based on performance:
- Tier 1: $28/hr – Minimum 40 monthly quota
- Tier 2: $29/hr – Minimum 60 monthly quota
- Tier 3: $30/hr – Minimum 70 monthly quota
- Tier 4: $31/hr – Minimum 80 monthly quota
Employees are required to move up in tiers at the Sales Manager’s discretion.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales department
- Strong interest in the legal industry, particularly Criminal and Immigration Law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in a metrics-driven department
- Comfortable achieving sales goals and quotas
- Spanish fluency required
