Small architecture firm is seeking a strong intermediate designer/draftsperson with 5-10 years experience in custom residential projects. Must also be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Qualifications are as follows:
- Proficient in Autocad, Sketchup and Photoshop.
- Ability to create realistic digital renderings.
- 5 - 10 years experience preparing construction documents for custom homes and remodels.
- Experience interfacing with city planning and building departments, and responding to building corrections.
- Other 3D graphic rendering skills a plus. Revit a plus.
