Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager with Business Systems Analyst (BSA) skills to support the Lotus Program for GIC. This contractor will play a key role in project management, cross-team collaboration, and business systems analysis as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Lotus Program for GIC, ensuring smooth execution and timely deliverables.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, connecting teams and data across different departments.
- Act as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) as needed, assisting with data analysis, process documentation, and system integration.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Drive process improvements and provide insights to optimize workflows.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Project Management experience.
- Proven Business Systems Analysis (BSA) skills.
Teachable Skills:
- Compensation Domain knowledge (can be learned on the job).
Optional / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) processes.
- Knowledge of Sales operations and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and related tools.
Preferred Skill Set Ranking (Example):
- Project Management & BSA Experience
- Tools: Salesforce, Jira, Confluence
- Previous Experience: Working in cross-functional, data-driven environments
- Technologies: Q2C, Sales Operations tools (if applicable)
