Immediate Opening: - Our Riverside office has an immediate opening for a full-time Immigration Paralegal with a heart for serving the immigrant community. Our firm is passionate about fighting for immigrant rights. Our mission is to create unity, fight for justice, and eliminate all forms of prejudice within the system. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in preparing relief applications in Immigration Court, Family Petitions, Consular processing, I-601, and I-212 Waivers, VAWA, and U visas. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stellar written and verbal communication skills, be deadline and detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain cool under pressure. The ability to work independently with limited supervision in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)is a must.
