POSITION SUMMARY
We are actively seeking an ABA Recruiter with direct experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral health fields. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization committed to making a difference. This position is key to helping us hire exceptional professionals for our in-home and clinic-based programs.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of recruiting Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), Behavior Consultants (BCs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for BTs, while interviews for BCs are assigned to Regional Directors, and BCBA interviews are conducted by the Clinical Director. You’ll collaborate with the Recruitment Supervisor, HR, Quality Assurance, Clinical Team, and Scheduling Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth hiring logistics and onboarding.
- Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Behavior Consultants (BCs)
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews for Behavior Consultants with Regional Directors and BCBAs with the Clinical Director.
- Utilize various sourcing tools such as ATS, job boards, social media, college recruiting, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for future behavioral health staffing needs.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and university career days to strengthen recruitment efforts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, including job statuses, hiring metrics, and progress tracking.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (ABA or behavioral health preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with roles in ABA services and industry trends
- Skilled in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to commute to Los Angeles, CA 90018 and work onsite full-time
