CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute NYSCEF filings with precision and accuracy
Process and retrieve court documents efficiently
Organize legal records and coordinate with attorneys, courts, and staff
Support case preparation and ongoing litigation management
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of real estate litigation paralegal experience
Demonstrated expertise with NYSCEF filing systems
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and legal document systems
MyCase software experience is highly valued
Exceptional organization and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
COMPENSATION:
Base salary: $65,000-$90,000+ (experience-based)
