Weโre looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable assistant to support a growing fast-casual restaurant chain, a boutique vacation rental firm, and other ongoing creative and operational projects.
This role is hybrid, with a mix of virtual work and some in-person tasks around North County San Diego. If youโre a quick learner, multitasker, and enjoy working across different industries, weโd love to hear from you!

Assist with scheduling, organization, and follow-ups across multiple ventures
๐ฃ Support marketing efforts (email, print, digital, etc.) and help with social media planning
โ๏ธ Help respond to guest or customer feedback in a warm, professional tone
๐ฅ๏ธ Contribute to projects using tools like ChatGPT (or be eager to learn it!)
๐ผ๏ธ Help create or edit graphics using Adobe InDesign / Photoshop (or coordinate with designers)
๐ฆ Switch between tasks and projects while staying organized โ and helping others stay that way
๐ Spot the small things โ typos, off-brand formatting, missed details. Sharp attention to detail is a must.
๐ Be open to occasional local errands, photoshoots, inspections, or site visits

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or vacation rentals
๐ฌ Strong communicator who can work independently and follow through
๐ง Exceptionally detail-oriented โ the little things matter here
๐ค Interest in AI tools like ChatGPT
๐จ Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign & Photoshop)
๐ฒ Marketing or social media experience a plus
๐ Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a bonus
