Duties and Responsibilities- Establishes and maintains an intimate understanding of your clients’ organizations and the business, in the interest of building effective and productive working relationships with internal partners, clients, at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborates with leadership to understand business strategy and goals related to productivity, performance, and retention.
- Plans and leads organizational design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands.
- Proactively assesses business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action through a consultative, “influence without authority” approach.
- Coaches business leaders on HR policies and processes in areas such as talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous improvement growth and development.
- Provides individualized coaching as needed to help create high performing teams at the leadership level.
- Creates and implements appropriate change management plans as required by the business.
- Assesses employee training and development needs based on business strategy to close gaps between current and future skills and abilities, systematically evaluating organizational performance, defining talent gaps, and proposing HR solutions that support client strategic objectives.
- Plans and facilitates working sessions to develop business strategies that enhance organizational focus, efficiency, and business results, while supporting the execution of long-term talent strategies within client groups to ensure realization.
- Cultivates and drives lifecycle approach to talent management focused on forecasting, staffing, on-boarding, development, performance management, career/succession planning, talent movement and retention, using rigorous workforce analytics and insights.
- Uses understanding of individual and organizational dynamics to facilitate talent movement into and throughout the organization.
- Acts as an organizational development consultant; provides subject matter expertise and guidance around enterprise organizational design, including new businesses acquired through merger and acquisition activities.
- Partners with the People Experience team to solve challenges and develop relevant solutions, programs, polices, for the organization in alignment with the enterprise strategy.
- Maintains feedback loop between the business and HR to improve existing services, programs, tools, processes, and policies.

Knowledge and Skills- Working knowledge of core HR disciplines with emphasis on organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, change management, organizational design and development, and strategic workforce planning.

Experience and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a similar field from an accredited four-year college is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of HR experience as an HR business partner with an emphasis on human capital planning and strategic workforce development.
- Society for Human Resource Management, Certified Professional certification preferred.
