Experienced Handyman
If you have experience in repairs, plumbing, carpentry, facilities maintenance, apartment maintenance or apartment turn over this could be a great job for you.
• Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Pick up trash if seen on grounds
• Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
• Must have truck to pick up materials
• Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete work orders (Appfolio experience is a plus)
Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:
• Painting
• Minor Plumbing
• Minor Carpentry
• Other building maintenance items as needed
HVAC knowledge preferred
Multiple properties from Pasadena to Covina
Experience in a similar position, compensation is based on your experience.
