* 2 YR EXCEL ; MICROSOFT WORD
* ATTENTION TO DETAIL
* MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support Associate is responsible on assisting with the following day to day task/assignments, which includes but not limited to:
• Incoming calls / outbound calls
- Customer assistance/complaints
• Account changes (DDA/DBA/Address/Phone/Legal changes)
• TAX ID validation
• Account Closures/ Notations
• Chargeback/dispute notifications
• Batch reports
• Refund request
• Paper order
• Miscellaneous tasks and/or projects assigned
