How you’ll make an impact:
SiriusXM is looking for a candidate and detail focused Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Operations to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team! As a member of the Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and supporting your Recruiters in their efforts to fill open roles supporting all of SiriusXM’s brands!
What you’ll do:
In this role you will have to be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while managing your time efficiently. The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Operations will serve as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and the important task of building candidate relationships. Key tasks will involve coordinating interview logistics, assisting with requisition management, and providing additional support to the Talent Acquisition team.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
1(+) year experience in a Talent Acquisition support role.
Interest in supporting Recruiters by scheduling interviews for candidates, and coordinating logistics relating to the hiring process.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Technology (Specifically iCIMS).
Focus on details to ensure data quality and integrity through transaction processing and regular audits.
Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Ability to organize and prioritize with guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines.
Commitment to -internal client- and customer service principles.
Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
Experience with Zoom video conferencing technology.
Strong understanding of Google Docs and G Suite.
Experiencing using Confluence products including JIRA.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
