We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Business Development to help us drive new business and fuel our growth. This is a great position for a self-motivated, driven individual, seeking a high-responsibility role with room for growth. You will have an opportunity to build a strong client base and develop markets for our services and innovative digital product platforms. We’re looking for someone with at least 3+ years of consultative sales experience in the software and a successful track record of crushing sales targets.
This position includes a competitive base salary, commission, and benefits. This role has a very clear and realistic path to make $100K+ per year in your first year).

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all leads.
- Initiate follow-up outbound efforts (call, text, email) to prospects.
- Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and complete sales calls.
- Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
- Ability to identify & and source information on prospective clients
Qualifications
- New Business Development, Business Planning, and Lead Generation skills
- Account-based sales Experience is a must
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and Account Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technologically proficient; not necessarily an expert, but knowledgeable
- CRM experience, specifically Hubspot is a HUGE plus
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Other Information
- Compensation: Base Salary of $60,000-$100,000 based on experience - There is no ceiling to your compensation plan.
- Earn commissions and bonuses on each deal you close - You should expect to be over $100,000 in OTE your first year
- Candidates must be based in Atlanta to qualify.
