We are currently looking for a Medical Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering justice and fair compensation to those we serve.
As Medical Coordinator, your primary duties include assisting our attorneys and clients by coordinating medical appointments, managing medical records, and ensuring seamless communication among all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Medical Coordinator you can expect to be involved in all aspects of the cases assigned from inception all the way through settlement. Your duties will include, but are by no means limited to:
- Coordinate medical appointments for clients, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up.
- Manage and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, clients, and attorneys to facilitate the exchange of medical information and update on case status.
- Assist attorneys in obtaining and summarizing medical records for case preparation.

Requirements:
Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Prior experience as a Medical Coordinator or similar role is preferred.
- Effective team player.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A problem-solver the ability to handle challenging situations
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in personal injury is a plus
- Residing in California or Nevada

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
