Apple Inc.’s Apple TV+ division is seeking an Assistant for the Business Affairs department to provide high-level administrative and operational support to multiple Business Affairs executives. We're seeking a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, who's well-organized, detail-oriented, able to effectively multi-task and prioritize, and take initiative.
DescriptionWe're looking for a critical thinker and team player who can quickly develop an understanding of our team operations, culture, policies, and procedures and excel in working in a fast-paced, heavy workload environment. Your consistent interaction with all levels at Apple will require you to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion. You will manage cross-functional calendars with heavy scheduling; organize meetings via live videoconference and conference calls and travel. You will be responsible for executive expense reports, copying, filing, and organization of hard and soft files. You will be asked to craft and maintain informational charts, review, proofread, and summarize documents, and draft correspondence and presentations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant in a television or new media business/legal affairs department, talent agency, or entertainment law firm
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Proactivity and flexibility, with the ability to work in an environment with shifting priorities and demands
- Ability to work well collaboratively and to prioritize and tackle challenges under pressure with a heavy workload, while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in contract review and strong reading comprehension skills to understand and distill key terms
- TV/Digital Media industry passion if not direct knowledge
- Law degree and admission to CA State Bar and/or MBA
Pay & Benefits- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.94 and $51.15/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
