In this role: - We formulate Apple’s worldwide go-to-market planning and delivery for our Government and Public Sector business - We work with a matrix’d team of peers to coordinate with local country teams on the key use cases and sell-in plan across the healthcare spectrum. - We identify new business opportunities that transform how companies innovate products and solutions to empower employees to do their best work and positively impact how they enrich the overall customer and patient experience.
Description- Lead a team of peers in the execution of our global Government plan and be responsible for the growth of the segment in product sales - Partner closely with worldwide and geo solution partner leads to assess and select solution partners where required. - Identify opportunities to grow awareness for Apple in Government and align them with the plays to be implemented. - Ensure we have key solution partners globally identified and ready to deliver working cross-functionally with partner management teams - Prioritize use cases and plays based on geo feedback and work with our go-to-market team to ensure assets are deployed and implement across all sales functions - Work cross-functionally with Government product teams and product marketing to align strategy and provide feedback and input to 1st party hardware/software decisions that can accelerate our adoption and use cases in health
- 10+ years in leading sales and strategy in an organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the WW Government market
Preferred Qualifications- Ability to lead in a matrix environment and excel at collaboration
- Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team
- Adept at executive customer influence - excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to inspire a team and customers
- Ideally you have experience managing relationships with partners and large scale customers in the Government segment
- Possess and maintain a deep understanding of the worldwide government market to include market trends, seasonality, customer profiles, challenges, key mobility use cases, associated solutions and competitive landscape.
Pay & Benefits- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
