Job Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic business partner supporting Warroad Operations. The HRBP will partner with the leaders and is responsible for providing day-to-day HR support. The HRBP will also be responsible for securing and developing top-tier talent, shaping the culture and promoting Marvin values, and designing the organization (strategy, structure, people, processes and rewards). The HRBP also demonstrates HR functional excellence and strong partnership with our HR Centers of Expertise in the execution of HR initiatives and cyclical processes (Talent Planning, Annual Merit, Performance Review Process, Organizational Development). To be successful and effective in this role, the ideal candidate must have a collaborative working style, be an innovative thinker, and possess the ability to develop/maintain strong relationships at all levels within the organization.
Highlights of your role
- Providing consultative support to management for the consistent and appropriate application of programs and practices
- Ensuring the HR function’s priorities and efforts are customer centric and aligned to the execution of the business strategy
- Exercising judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with employees and members of management
- Coach and counsel managers on maintaining positive employee relations. Conduct investigations in response to concerns and recommend/implement solutions based on investigation results
- Ensuring the facility is developing and maintaining a robust and sustainable talent pipeline in all areas of the unit, including active participation and planning in the talent acquisition process
- Affecting cultural change to one of a collaborative, high-performance and continually improving environment
- Working closely with all in the Business Unit to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

Also want to make sure you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Org. Development, or business-related field; Advanced Degree preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
- 5+ years of experience in HR or similar role required; experience working with varying levels of employees and management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives
