I am looking for a part-time (5-15hr/week) remote appointment setter who can start in the next week. The ideal candidate has experience with over-the-phone sales or appointment setting. You must make calls to warm leads, qualify that leads are a good fit for our photography studio, set up appointments for portrait sessions using a provided script, and uphold our studio's brand. This position is for someone who has GREAT interpersonal and communication skills! (Read - Are you comfortable and excited to talk with people?)
This is a pay-for-performance role.
Responsibilities include:
-Conduct outbound phone calls to potential clients (approximately 50 to 75 per week) using our sales funnel online system
-Efficiently schedule appointments using our calendar system - ideally booking 5 to 7 clients per week
-Maintain a well-organized calendar with accurate appointment details
-Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions
-Assist customers in making informed booking decisions
-Flexible Schedule, which can be any day of the week, preferably M-F in the afternoons and/or early evenings - but you set your own schedule as long as you can follow up with leads within 24 hours of the lead coming in.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in appointment setting, referral marketing, and/or general virtual assistance.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Comfortable working independently and remotely.
Compensation Details:
-Commission-based, $50 paid per finalized booking for up to 20 bookings per month. After 6 weeks, once you have proven you can book highly qualified leads, compensation will be increased to $100 per booking.
-This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
