OverviewThe Director, Inclusion & Belonging serves as subject matter expert and champion initiative for the Company. This role will Develop, sustain and integrate Inclusion and Belonging into company culture using unique principles and practices in all stages of the employee lifecycle.
What you will be doing- Develops and executes strategic initiatives, programs and processes in support of the enterprise Diversity and Inclusion program.
- Develops and executes a comprehensive Diversity and Inclusion strategic plan focused on achieving and retaining higher levels of diversity representation, developing leaders who will create an inclusive, diverse and engaged culture, and designing an equitable talent management structure, processes, systems and tools.
- Develops and builds programs that create a common language around Diversity and Inclusion and facilitate dialogue amongst the employee population.
- Drives corporate Diversity and Inclusion strategies by building trusting partnerships at all levels of the organization and providing consultation to the executive team, functional leaders, Human Resources team and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Creates and implements communications strategies and content management for training, campaigns, and web resources to support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives on various platforms.
- Leads diversity education programs and services, including creating and delivering customized training programs across the company, partnering with the Learning and Development function and external vendors/consultants (as appropriate) to integrate Diversity and Inclusion principals into the leadership curriculum.
- Conducts ongoing research on best practices and recommend strategies for continuous improvement of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Consults with Talent Acquisition to diversify talent pipelines and to collaborate with external industry partners as necessary to strengthen talent pools.
- Provides on-going analytics and reporting in partnership with Human Resources to measure the effectiveness of Diversity and Inclusion practices and impact on business results.
- Provides specific, practical and actionable tools and resources to the Human Resources to help advance Diversity and Inclusion conversations across the company, at all levels of the organization.
- Maintains knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.
- Support published corporate policies.
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
