This is a full-time position that is responsible for gathering and analyzing configuration requirements for HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) to enhance functionality, streamline user experience, and implement workflow automation. Collaborating with third-party SaaS providers and IT, the position ensures seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations. The role also includes developing HR dashboards, providing workforce analytics, and offering technical support and training to HR staff while staying up to date with the latest HR technology trends. - Gather and analyze configuration requirements for HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) to improve functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with third-party SAAS providers to implement system enhancements and integrations
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide insights on workforce trends and HR metrics
- Design and implement workflow automation for HR processes to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations across all HR systems
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff on system usage and best practices
- Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs
- Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business applications
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures
- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Management, or related field with three (3) or more years of experience in HR systems administration or HR analytics
- Experience with ADP, iCIMS, Brainier, or similar HR SAAS platforms
- Experience leading system implementation projects and process improvement initiatives
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
