Job Title: Accountant/Parts Manager – Truck and Trailer Repair Shop
Location: 6842 Suva Street, Bella Gardens, 90201
Pay: Starting at $25/hour | Minimum 6 hours per day, 5-6 days a week
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Parts Manager to join our growing truck and trailer repair shop. We specialize in Ford F350 and Dodge Ram 3500 dually diesels, as well as car hauler trailers. You will play a key role in managing parts inventory, repair orders, invoicing, and ensuring payments are processed before vehicles leave the shop. We are all Russian speakers so please don’t be afraid to still ask. Man or Woman we just need the work done.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage parts orders, inventory, and repair invoices using Autoleap and 1800 Accountant software
• Ensure invoices are paid and parts are ordered/delivered on time
• Answer customer calls and handle inquiries about parts and services
• Support a friendly, productive work environment, even during busy periods
Requirements:
• Experience with accounting and inventory management
• Strong computer and tech skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Positive attitude and team spirit
Schedule: We are flexible and can accommodate full-time or part-time hours as long as the work is completed efficiently.
