You will become a true consultant to business owners while using our state of the art paperless technology to generate huge sales. You will have access to the most competitive insurance companies while selling to our proprietary leads through our custom marketing plans created by our agency. We provide abundant pre call direct mail which results in call-in and mail return leads; this marketing supports your outbound call efforts. The selling process we have created over time is complete and extremely effective and has been proven successful with our current brokers; the only thing we need to add to the success of our agency is you.
We will provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training. You will work in a fun and competitive office environment while handling all of your clients via phone, fax, and email. We have recently expanded into a large new office and are filling it with talent. This is a competitive interview process and we only select 1 individual to train at a time. We are looking for the best of the best!
This is NOT a commission only position. We have an aggressive payroll advancement system in place that gets Brokers making money fast! We also provide residual income on renewal business and the opportunity over time to become a Senior Broker. Our Senior Brokers earn well into the six figure range every year.
The Right Candidate for Commercial Broker Trainee:
Must be able to effectively communicate and sell by phone, fax, email and in person to business owners
Must be able to learn all of our insurance products and effectively present them to clients with our training
Must be able to make at minimum 50 calls per day to present our products to new clients
Must be able to utilize our computer system to effectively track and complete the sales process
Must have a good attitude and be motivated by selling and building a high paying career
Must be a excellent telesales personality that looks to build client relationships while selling
