Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of American and Mexican breakfast dishes (e.g., pancakes, eggs, breakfast burritos, tacos, huevos rancheros).
Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency in all meals.
Manage the kitchen during breakfast hours, keeping the space organized and clean.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Innovate and contribute to menu development as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a breakfast chef or cook, with a focus on American and Mexican cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional breakfast dishes.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
