**Job Summary**:
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you will play an integral role in providing therapeutic treatments to support our patients' recovery, pain relief, and overall wellness. You’ll work closely with our chiropractor to offer customized massage therapy tailored to each patient’s needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform professional massage therapy services including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and other modalities based on patient needs
- Assess patients' conditions and collaborate with the chiropractor to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide education to patients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all treatments
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing treatment environment
- Follow all hygiene and health protocols in line with industry standards
- Assist with maintaining the schedule and managing patient appointments
**Qualifications**:
- Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of California
- Experience in a clinical or wellness setting preferred
- Strong understanding of different massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Positive, caring attitude with a focus on patient well-being
