Job Overview:
The Cabinet Pros, Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Cabinet Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting cabinets and other woodworking products to residential and commercial job sites. This is a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of our high-quality cabinetry to customers, making you an important representative of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely load, transport, and deliver cabinets and related products to various locations.
Operate company vehicles, including trucks or vans, ensuring safety regulations are followed.
Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, keeping it clean and in good working condition.
Unload cabinets and assist with placement as required, ensuring no damage to the products.
Verify delivery orders, inspect products for quality, and obtain customer signatures.
Communicate professionally with customers, addressing any questions or concerns regarding deliveries.
Assist with general warehouse duties when needed, including loading/unloading shipments.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
MUST PASS A DRUG TEST/SCREENING
Experience driving trucks or delivery vehicles is preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy cabinets and materials (up to 75 lbs).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Must be able to follow delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
