- Support the maintenance of accurate and current project and opportunity information in NEX
- Develop long term strategic plans by customer to drive penetration and growth
- Continuously monitor and drive the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities
- Own a coordinated 'one face to the customer' across the products and develop & own their account plans
- Drive Orders, Sales, Cash and Contribution Margin (CM) growth
- Provide leadership through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies that capitalize on GE's competitive strengths to serve the customer's needs while meeting GE's business goals.
- Interface with Product Management, Commercial Operations, Customer Service Leaders (CSL), Customer Service Representatives (CSR), Parts Fulfillment Leaders Project Managers and other functional groups as required as part of an integrated Customer Team to grow the GE Steam Power Nuclear Services business with Customers in assigned sub region.
- Drive a sales pipeline on complex, multi-offering transactions that may include Parts, Repairs, Outage Services, Performance Upgrades, Digital Solutions and Long Term Service / Parts Agreements.
- Lead deal strategy development and reviews as necessary with Sales and Commercial Operations Team, Customer Service Leaders (CSL), and other functional groups as required
- Coordinate with Inventory Management Leaders, Repair PA Managers, Parts Fulfillment Leaders, CSR's, and engineering to enhance outage planning process thus expanding outage scopes.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer strategy / profile / requirements including outage schedules and competitor actions; share internally and use market knowledge to drive sales opportunities with customers.
- Maintain on-going customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide demand forecasting and pacing support to Sales Operations / Finance.
- Work with Marketing and Product Line to develop new products and services for business growth
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university OR (High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in the Power Generation Industry)
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the Power Generation Industry
- Minimum of 10 years experience working with, and knowledge of, Steam Turbine / Generator technology products and services
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service in the Power Generation industry
Notes:The salary range for this position is 128.200,00 - 170.900,00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 35% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
