Role Overview:
You will lead the planning, execution, and management of large-scale transformation engagements at our clients. This role will involve managing teams, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases while adhering to quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and deliver SAP-centric solutions to enhance Source to Pay (STP) business processes.
- Lead workshops with key stakeholders to derive actionable outcomes.
- Ensure project success criteria are met, while managing project planning and execution.
- Build strong relationships with IT and business teams.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading large global STP business transformation programs.
- Knowledge of end-to-end Source to Pay processes, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FICO, SD, PP, QM, PM)
- Strong program management skills, with full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager.
- 10+ years in transformational ERP consulting or related experience.
- Understanding of S/4HANA functionality and S/4HANA based STP structures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
