A fast growing CPA Firm in West Covina is looking into immediately add a few payroll specialists to join our team. We provide a dynamic and fast-paced environment that delivers a broad experience to our staff. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Handling payroll for our clients using QuickBooks
• Prepares 1099-MISC, business licenses, and payroll returns
• Performs book-keeping services for our clients
• Processes and records payroll transactions
• Prepares payroll tax return and annual information returns
• Compiles and analyzes financial information
• Prepares balance sheet, income statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial
position
• Assists and performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
• Have worked in a CPA firm for at least (2) years
• Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Client service oriented
