Hourly Pay Rate: $16-$18
Executes administrative details and provides administrative support to the Residential Directors and office support to the Senior Residential Supervisors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides administrative and general office support to the Residential department.
- Schedules meetings and provides assistance with food/meeting minutes for all assigned meetings.
- Provides other assistance with typing documents, letters and forms as assigned.
- Completes and approves timesheets as assigned.
- Completes inventory, as assigned, for 280 Spindrift.
- Places orders for building supplies, as assigned, for 280 Spindrift.
- General office duties and switchboard relief as needed.
- Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of office experience

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
