As an
IT business systems analyst senior in our Policy Servicing Technology team, you'll coordinate the development of enhancements to our policy servicing systems. Our organization utilizes Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to continuously deliver value to our business customers. You'll participate on a scrum team working closely with product owners to define business requirements as part of user stories. You'll also work across the enterprise to coordinate meeting project milestones. #LI-Remote
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for important events, strategic work sessions, meetings and/or training.
Must-have qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
Preferred skills - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, as well as scrum master work and/or project coordination
- Ability to define detailed requirements and document system dependencies for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements
- Problem solving skills to investigate, assess and recommend solutions
- Ability to influence others in a team environment that entails tight deadlines and changing priorities
Compensation - $93,000 - $103,000/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
