We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing various IT systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing improvements, and providing technical support to end-users. What you get to do every day
- Maintain technical ownership for supporting our Pharmacy Management System infrastructure and vendor support relationship.
- Provide a high level of customer service through in-person and remote technical support to Thirty Madison employees over a variety of platforms (e.g. PC, Mac, iOS, Android, etc.) addressing hardware and software issues and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.
- Onsite support to 50-100 pharmacy staff.
- Assist in supporting and maintaining several existing enterprise platforms within Google Workspace,Okta, FreshService, JAMF/Kandji, Slack, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and more.
- Hardware deployment and asset management.
- Experience with video conferencing solutions such as Zoom, and Google meet.
- Support IT solutions to scale and automate business processes such as onboarding/offboarding, software access, ticketing systems, SSO, and MDM.
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various business leaders to implement new tools and applications to support their technical needs.
- Run and maintain Core system environment, experience with Saas products.

What you bring to the role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and with excellent problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of professional IT Operations, system administration OR a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure components (e.g. Windows servers, VMs, printer management, workstations).
- Ability to document processes and procedures for both team and end-user facing documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including access control, encryption, and threat detection.
Bonus points
- Certifications such as ACMT, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Jamf 100-200, or equivalent are desirable.
