JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for dependable drivers with flexible work schedules
Must have clean driving record (Drivers with 1 point on record will be considered if they qualify with our insurance)
Must be at least 25 years of age or older.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Drive vehicles to sites as instructed.
• Maintain vehicle areas in clean, efficient, and workable condition.
• Exhibit positive working attitude by demonstrating respect for fellow workers and customers.
• Assist with other duties as may be indicated.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be able to work in a constantly and physically demanding setting. Must possess a clean driving record. Must possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and maintain a professional demeanor when working with staff, clients and the public, with the ability to multi-task. Must be detail-oriented and be able to work independently. Must understand and appreciate the mission of K A Medical Transportation and be available to work any of the seven days in a week.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• High school degree or equivalent.
• A good driving record, including no DUI in the last 10 years.
• Familiar with driving patterns in the Fresno area.
• Exhibit reasonable mechanical aptitude about equipment and vehicles.
• Able to stand, squat, bend and climb in and out of a van.
