We are seeking a Journeyman Painting Foreman to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.
Responsibilities:
• Work alongside team and maintain a high level of craftsmanship
• Coordinate the daily activities of the production
• Be aware of scheduling and communicate scheduling to management
• Communicate with customers
• Evaluate jobs and order materials.
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• 10 years previous experience in all aspects of painting procedures ie brushing, rolling, spraying, staining, faux finish
• Knowledge of paint products, production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities and work ethic
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• A reliable working vehicle, with tools that can transport ladders
