Are you a passionate, hardworking individual with a green thumb? We're seeking a dedicated Landscaping Groundskeeper to join our team in beautiful Carmel, CA on a 50-acre private estate.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance outdoor areas, including lawns, gardens, and landscapes
• Perform various landscaping tasks, such as planting, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
• Operate power equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Water plants and maintain irrigation systems
• Remove debris and litter from outdoor areas
• Assist with landscape design and installation projects
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds keeping
• Physical fitness and ability to lift 40 pounds
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license
