Job Description
Pristine Mind Foundation, a Marin-based non-profit organization, is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Consultant to help maintain the home office of its President. This is a unique opportunity to support an organization in its mission to help people improve their lives through meditation and learn profound life-changing skills.
Responsibilities
• Provide paper and digital filing and organizing assistance to the President
• Provide related administrative and organizing support
• Help maintain organization of home office
• Help create/maintain and document workflows for filing management, document control, etc...
• Prepare, print, and ship materials/mailings (e.g., donor letters, mailing labels, booklets)
• Order office supplies as needed
Qualifications
• Filing and organizing expertise
• Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented
• Professional maturity, self-awareness, and a positive motivation to help others
• A collaborative, service-oriented mindset to contribute to the work of the President supporting the greater good of the organization and a small administrative team
Experience
• Demonstrated skill at organizing paper and digital documents and physical/office space, particularly home office space
• Success in similar roles (such as Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager)
• Experience with the following is a plus: Dropbox, MS Office (with emphasis on Word and Excel; Google Suite (particularly Drive, Docs and Sheets); Project Management software (i.e., Asana)

Location: Home Office in Larkspur
Part-time: 1 - 3 hrs once or twice a month to help with physical (and possibly digital) filing and organizing
Compensation: $18 - $35, DOE
