Square Pie Guys, a nationally acclaimed Detroit-style pizza Restaurant, has experienced remarkable growth since our inception as a pop-up in September 2018. In less than a year, we opened our first location. We have since expanded to three brick-and-mortar locations and nine licensed ghost kitchens throughout the Bay Area, with soaring sales and recognition from the SF Chronicle, Eater Infatuation, and Thrillist. With plans to open at least 2 or 3 new brick-and-mortar locations in 2025, we're seeking to expand our team with a Shift Leader who can contribute to our evolution as the best pizza brand in the Bay Area.
Front of House/ Bags / To Go
Overview of position:
At Square Pie Guys, we are known for our delicious pizza. As Bags / To go, your job will focus on helping to expedite all orders to our guests and drivers from delivery partners. This job is highly collaborative, requiring constant communication between you, the door team, the outside expos and the inside expo. On slow shifts, this is a one person position; on busier nights, the team can be up to 3 or 4.
Duties include, but not limited to:
*Maintain a clean and tidy station in the most visible part of our restaurant
*Pull and organize printed to go receipts from the printer, use posted materials as guidance for labeling
*Pull and pour to go beverages as needed
*Maintain a clean and sanitary station for to go beverages
*Restock all beverage program items, including changing kegs and gas canister as needed
*Work with dishwasher team to keep trash stations emptied and tidy at all times
*Water all plants in store
*Build pizza boxes, cut pizza liners,
*Make sauce trios and other to-go items as needed
*Restock dough and other prep items for pizza cooks as needed
*Cashier- take orders on handheld and responsible for cash registers
*Front facing and lots of guest interaction
*Indoor/outdoor cleaning
*TIPS/Food Handlers certification
