We are seeking to hire a strong Line Cook, bi-lingual Spanish-English, to join our fast paced team.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
✔︎ PM Availability (4PM-10PM)
✔︎ 30+ hours per week
✔︎ Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
✔︎ Able to work on grill, fry, or sauté..
✔︎ Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation requirements.
✔︎ Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
✔︎ Performs inventory checks
Line Cook Qualifications/Skills:
✔︎ Should have 3+ years of restaurant kitchen experience
✔︎ Experience in Mexican and American cuisine.
✔︎ Food Handler’s Card
✔︎ ORGANIZED, FAST and CLEAN
✔︎ Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
✔︎ Be RESPECTFUL of all your co-workers at all times.
✔︎ Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
✔︎ Clean-cut, professional, punctual.
