JOB DESCRIPTION:
Landscape Supervisor will serve as the point person on each job site, working in conjunction with the crew, office and Owner of Company. At times you may be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the job. The job consists mostly of landscape and irrigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise landscape and irrigation projects
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
• Manage irrigation system installations, repairs, and modifications
• Oversee landscape maintenance and ensure the highest standards of quality
• Train and mentor crew members
• Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional service
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in professional irrigation and landscape maintenance
• Deep knowledge of irrigation systems, trends, and advancements
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of native and drought tolerant plants to Southern California
• Ground up project experience a plus
• Ability to read and interpret English
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Understanding of technology required onsite
• Must be enthusiastic and professional
• Must be a dependable, self-motivated team player with excellent leadership skills
• Must be able to pass criminal background checks
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance
