We have been in the bankruptcy field since 1978 and have a reputation for high-quality legal services. Mr. Gary Ray Fraley, Esq., is the founder and still owns the law firm. We are looking for a long-term employee, not someone who is just looking for a temporary job.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e., organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Distribute mail
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors
• Organize and Input information into files
• Anything that the owner would do, which is everything
• Maintain the office calendar and schedules
Qualifications
• ****MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH & ENGLISH****
• High school diploma or higher
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude (be enthusiastic & friendly)
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent grammar and math skills
• Ability to handle multiple lines (1-6, though typically 1-3) simultaneously.
• Be familiar with and know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have heart, i.e., care about people and their wellbeing
• A desire to learn and become even more skilled than you are now.
• The ability to help people understand that it is in their best interest to see us so we can help them solve their financial problems (marketing skills)
• Be a team player and work together with others, regardless of their position, from owner to janitor. Everyone is entitled to respect.
• Have a good sense of humor.
Prior receptionist experience is helpful.
