About the Organization and PositionA well-known and regarded nonprofit community health agency in San Jose is hiring a Program Manager for their well known Behavioral Health Program. The Licensed Clinical Program Manager will oversee Counseling and Mental Health Services. This position will oversee the provision of the best possible clinical services for community members, including children and families, older adults, and probation youth.
The Clinical Program Manager of Clinical Services will promote the mission and values and build effective relationships inside and outside the organization that inspire others to action. Licensure as a clinician in California is essential as well as knowledge and experience in treating trauma.

Responsibilities- Assume overall responsibility for day-to-day supervision of the mental health counseling services for adults and children to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct weekly individual/triad and group supervision of staff clinicians, graduate interns, and case managers, and as required by the BBS (Board of Behavior Services) or another licensure board.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff/interns/volunteers to ensure the success, sustainability, resourcefulness, and ongoing development of program services, support, healing methods, and evidence-based practices to increase clients' social and emotional wellbeing.
- Ensures that all program contract requirements are met and maintain regular contact with the county contract monitors.
- In collaboration with the Senior Director of Clinical Services, develop and implement new supportive programming.
- In coordination with the Senior Director of Clinical Services, communicate effectively with community partners and respond to client concerns regarding service delivery.
- Attend supervision, departmental, and agency staff meetings and participate in training as assigned.
- Requirements:
- California licensure as MFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psychologist is required.
- Minimum 2 years management and clinical supervision experience in a non-profit or social service setting, including experience with program development.
- Strong understanding of trauma-focused interventions and trauma-informed practices.
- Bilingual desired, preferably in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with community-based services in Santa Clara County preferred.
