Location: Must reside in Dallas, TX
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:- Develop and maintain master calendar for Transportation communicate deadlines and adhere to schedules.
- Ensure any new items added to the wine program fit current configurations for catering/bar cart. Work with transportation and catering to maximize space for wine.
- Oversee monthly/quarterly collateral and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Write wine list descriptions for menus.
- Write and maintain wine library of phonetic spelling/pronunciation.
- Order, Ship or Deliver sample requests as needed to transportation clients.
- Provide overall support for Transportation division.
Qualifications/Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in wine industry and/or Airline commodities industry required.
- and Meticulous organizational skills, detail oriented, must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
