We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a background in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our overall sales strategy.
Duties
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach strategies.
Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach to engage prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting our marketing solutions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up on all opportunities.
Feedback: provide insights and feedback from prospects to help shape marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1-2 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Resilient in deadline situations and always able to handle last minute requests
Strong team orientation and ability to work with any department to accomplish assigned tasks
Must possess excellent attention to detail, a high level or organization, and the ability to multi-task, follow through and re-prioritize well to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time and complies with all chrisad standards.
