Hourly Pay Rate: $20
Handles complex Employee Service Line (ESL) inquiries and employment verifications. Provides operational support to the HR team, assisting with special projects and delivering high level customer service to stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates all ESL functions with excellent communication and technical ability.
- Fulfills all reception duties at Elmwood and other locations as needed.
- Scans and uploads documentation to employee files.
- Provides complex employment verifications to external agencies via phone and form.
- Assists with sorting and distributing HR mail in the absence of Office Coordinator.
- Coordinates returned mail and address updates.
- Provides training for new employees to the team.
- Completes special HR projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
