We are more than just individuals renting though... we come together for collaborations and we refer to each other! We join our minds and create business generating ideas, we get creative together and we enjoy each others' camaraderie. We are a little beauty community that refers our clients to each other, building each other up!
We are an existing Permanent Makeup, Makeup/hair, lash boutique AND Full Service Hair Salon, just on Ash and Rowan near the Shadle, Francis, and Five Mile neighborhoods of North Spokane!
We’re looking for the following types of service providers to join our little beauty group, compliment or ad to our services and grow with us!
👉Lash, Brow, Makeup Artist(s)/ Waxer, who’s open to both set appointments and walk-ins in the Pink Beauty Bar room Part or Full time... ($300 or $500 a month) Part time is a set schedule of 3 days per week that you choose, or full time is any time you want
👉Nail Tech - (In the Pink Room) $500 a month Full time.
👉Freelance and part time or day renters for Bridal Hair and Makeup Artists - $40 a day for day rent
👉VISUAL ARTISTS, JEWELERS who are interested in commissioning their art, jewelry, or accessories collections - we'd like to have a collection of works from local artists, for sale at our shop. You take 70%, I get 30%.
No long lease contracts! We are flexible, professional, and nice. We intend to stay drama free and we are all friends. I am also happy to help you with ideas on promotions and coupons, etc. I am great at getting my hustle on, I can help you too!

$300 Part Time - Three specified days per week - you pick and adhere to those specific days so that that station is available to another part time renter the other days... negotiations between both part time renters, may be necessary.
