The ideal candidate will maintain our financial records and perform duties requiring knowledge of the company's accounts payable and receivables, Quick-books and Excel software and related accounting processes and procedures.
Requirements: Management of books for profit & loss and and end of year taxes.
Payroll Accounts, Payable and Receivables- Checking accuracy of payments to Software Process and enter routine and special transactions into QuickBooks and Excel for Payroll and P&L.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Assist with technical accounting tasks
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Manage accounts receivable
- Assist with governmental accounting requirements
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Process accounts payable and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Assist with tax-related tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Daily monitoring of multiple account balances and transaction
Data entry of all Payables and Receivables
Processing payroll
Bank Deposits
Reconcile multiple bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts
Responsible for writing check, wiring money and deposits
Tracking payments with patient ledgers
Communication with different department
Weekly report of the activities with the CEO and/or the management team
Maintain confidential and sensitive information
Data tracking, analysis, and preparation of internal reports
Commission review or preparation ( referrals & sales Commission)

Monthly P&L and reporting
Prepare 1099
Set up vendor list and onboard new vendors
