**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
- Navigate technology for scheduling and documentation, as there is no front desk support.
- Maintain attention to detail, especially regarding various insurance policies and their specifics.
**Employment Details:**
- Position: Employee (W-2)
- Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), end-of-year bonuses, and potential retirement account contributions starting next year.
- Shifts Available:
- Morning: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (last massage ends at 1:30 PM)
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 7:30 PM (last massage ends at 7:00 PM), ideal for serving the public school community.
**Compensation:**
- Starting pay: $45/hour, with higher wages available for applicants with exceptional proficiency and/or experience.
- Ability for quick advancement with 3 month and 6 month reviews
