Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to take our enterprise tools into the next generation.
We need a UI/UX Designer who is great at interviewing users to understand their needs, desires and pain points, and who enjoys giving them user flows and UIs that make their lives better. Responsibilities include understanding user needs, understanding user interface functional requirements, designing user flows and UIs, contributing to the evolution of a design system and component library, and working tightly with product and development teams to deliver on those designs.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience interviewing users, user story mapping, iterative design, Figma design software experience and working in an Agile development environment. Ideal candidates will have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with both consumer and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities:
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using user journeys, process flows and design animations
• Use and contribute to a design system and component library
• Work tightly with Product Managers to define user requirements, user journeys and low-fidelity UI mocks
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs and animations that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Work closely with front-end developers to provide design specs and review the build out of working products based on UI designs
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, accessibility)
• Conduct design adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Requirements and skills:
• Minimum 5 years work experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of Figma UI design tool
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $95,550.00 - $177,450.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
