Looking for a highly motivated person to join our team! We are a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly take-out food containers. Prefer someone that is experienced with Excel and Quickbooks. Must be able to communicate concisely, clearly, and efficiently. Bilingual (Chinese or Spanish) is a plus! Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Everything related to customer orders: date entry, checking for price accuracy, confirming to customer, and scheduling freight.
- Interacting with customers by phone and email.
- Interacting with warehouse personnel regarding customer orders.
- Interacting with supply chain personnel regarding inventory.
This is a full-time position: Monday-Friday 8am-4:45pm (1 hour for lunch).
