What You’ll Do:
The Staff Desktop Support Engineer will be part of a team that is responsible for end user support, administration of user accounts and SaaS applications, and endpoint support of Archer’s manufacturing infrastructure. You will be responsible for:
- Tier 2 Mac/Windows/Linux end user support and troubleshooting
- Hands on support of Archer’s manufacturing client systems
- Own Archer’s IT/manufacturing relationship a
What You Need:
- 7 + years hands on experience with:
- Windows/Linux client & Mac OS support (including command line interface)
- Okta/AD account management
- Mobile Device Management administration
- Google Workspace support: GAM / GAM Advanced
- 5+ years experience
- Cloud Infrastructure Experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to resolve technical issues
- SaaS application administration experience such as: Slack, Zoom, Druva
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and use in daily tasks and projects
- Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.)
- Zebra Barcode Printer / Scanner support & configuration

- Scripting (PowerShell, bash)
- Python

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $124,800 - $156,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
